At Real g.y.a.l cosmetics we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns

• You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Certain products (such as opened cosmetics, personal care items, or custom-made goods) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at
